Overview

A long-acting GHRH analog (with DAC) that stimulates pulsatile growth hormone release. Often stacked with Ipamorelin.

Mechanism of action

Binds GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotrophs, triggering endogenous GH release. DAC version extends half-life via albumin binding.

Typical protocol

1–2 mg subQ weekly. Often combined with Ipamorelin 200–300 mcg 1–3× daily.

Storage

Reconstituted: refrigerated, ~30 days. Lyophilized: long-term stable.
