How a single dose clears, assuming first-order elimination. The half-life is the biggest driver of how often you dose — start a cycle to see your own cumulative concentration curve.

Overview

A long-acting GHRH analog (with DAC) that stimulates pulsatile growth-hormone release. Often stacked with Ipamorelin.

Mechanism of action

Binds GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotrophs to trigger endogenous GH; the DAC variant extends half-life via albumin binding.

Typical protocol

1–2 mg subQ weekly, frequently combined with Ipamorelin 200–300 mcg 1–3× daily.

Storage

Reconstituted: refrigerated, ~30 days. Lyophilized: long-term stable.
