How a single dose clears, assuming first-order elimination. The half-life is the biggest driver of how often you dose — start a cycle to see your own cumulative concentration curve.

Overview

A synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protein in gastric juice. Widely used for tendon, ligament, and gut healing. Strong animal-model evidence, limited human RCTs.

Mechanism of action

Upregulates VEGF and growth-hormone receptors, modulates the nitric-oxide pathway, and promotes angiogenesis at injury sites.

Typical protocol

250–500 mcg subQ near the injury site, 1–2× daily for 4–8 weeks.

Storage

Reconstituted: refrigerated 2–8°C, ~30 days. Lyophilized: room temp 24+ months.
